Gentle Squeeze and Lift
A combination technique using breast compression and nipple "pinching" to create layered, deep-tissue and surface sensations.
The Gentle Squeeze and Lift is a multi-zone method that pairs firm breast tissue compression with delicate nipple stimulation to create a complex, layered sensory experience.
How to perform the Gentle Squeeze and Lift
- The Cup: Place your palms underneath your breasts, cupping them fully.
- The Lift: Gently squeeze the breast tissue and lift upward. This creates a feeling of fullness and increases blood flow to the area.
- The Layered Touch: While maintaining the lift with your palms, use your thumbs and index fingers to lightly tap or “pinch” the nipples.
- Varying Intensity: Experiment with the firm “squeeze” of the breast tissue while using a much lighter, faster “tapping” motion on the nipples themselves.
To adjust the sensation, try maintaining the lift with one hand while using the other hand to roll the nipple between your thumb and forefinger for more sustained friction.
Why this technique feels different
This technique provides “layered” stimulation by engaging two different types of nerve endings. The lifting and squeezing action targets the deep-tissue receptors and Cooper’s ligaments, providing a sense of weight and pressure. Simultaneously, the tapping or pinching of the nipples targets the highly sensitive superficial nerves. This dual-input approach mimics the feeling of being “filled” or “handled” firmly while still receiving precision attention to the most sensitive points.
