Circular Touch
A gentle, teasing technique designed to build sensitivity and blood flow in the breasts and nipples.
How to do it
- The Starting Point: Begin by placing your fingertips on the outer edge of the breast tissue.
- The Spiral: Move your fingers in light, rhythmic circles, slowly spiraling inward toward the areola (the darker skin surrounding the nipple).
- The Tease: Continue the circular motion around the areola itself, but resist the urge to touch the nipple directly at first.
- Closing In: Once the nipple becomes erect or more sensitive, tighten the circles until you are lightly grazing the nipple with the very tips of your fingers.
Why it works
The skin of the breasts and areola is rich in sensory receptors that respond to “light touch” (low-threshold mechanoreceptors). By starting on the perimeter and spiraling inward, you trigger a “teasing” effect that increases blood flow and heightens the sensitivity of the nerves. This gradual approach allows the nipples to become fully engorged and erect, making subsequent, firmer stimulation much more pleasurable. It is an ideal “warm-up” technique to transition the body into a higher state of arousal.
