Backhand
A reverse-grip technique that changes the angle of friction and utilizes the other hand for scrotal play.
How to do it
Grip the shaft of your penis with your hand turned backward, so your palm is facing away from your body and your thumb is pointing downward (similar to holding a tennis racket for a backhand stroke). Use this reverse grip to stroke up and down the shaft. While one hand maintains this unique angle, use your free hand to gently massage or play with your testicles to add another layer of sensation.
Why it works
The backhand grip shifts the pressure points to different parts of the palm and fingers than a standard overhand or underhand grip. This change in mechanical angle can refresh sensitivity by stimulating nerve endings in a way they aren’t accustomed to. Pairing this with scrotal stimulation increases overall arousal and blood flow to the pelvic floor.
